Sam established Sangster Bloodstock in 2015 after starting his career in Australia spending time immersed in all aspects of the industry. Since returning to the UK, he has achieved outstanding results on the track including twelve Stakes horses with four going on to become Group 2 winners. Sam’s knowledge of the industry is evident as he works closely with many successful trainers to ensure he sees the results on the track.
Sam’s ethos is purchasing horses by quality stallions at a reasonable price for example, Isaac Shelby who is by Night of Thunder, Raheen House and Cepheus who are both by Sea The Stars to name a few. All the Stakes winners Sam purchased has an average price of £51,000.
